Dream2Reality Booking Conditions and Cancellations
Please Note All bookings must be made by providing Dream2Reality Sailing with a completed booking form and a deposit of £100. Bookings will only be deemed as confirmed when the balance is paid in full six weeks before the course start date. Any booking made within six weeks of the start date must be paid in full. No bookings can be made by telephone.
All fees are exempt from VAT
I understand that if I make an alteration to a booking once a confirmation has been sent I must give my new instructions in writing at least six weeks before the start of my course.
I understand that if I cancel my booking my deposit will be forfeited.
I understand that if I cancel my booking within six weeks of the start of the course and if my place cannot be filled then I am liable for the full course fee.
I agree to abide by the health and safety requirements of Dream2Reality Sailing.
I appreciate that my course has a natural element of risk which I am willing to accept.
You are advised to arrange cancellation and curtailment insurance and accident cover as necessary.
I am physically fit for the course or activity I have chosen. If you have any doubt, please consult your doctor.
I accept that changes of plan are an intrinsic and essential part of sailing safely.
I understand that Dream2Reality Sailing and its representatives, agents and employee's will make every effort to provide me with an enjoyable experience however I accept that any decisions made by Dream2Reality Sailing representatives with respect to health and safety particularly those related to weather and sea conditions and condition of crew rest solely with Dream2Reality Sailing.
All participants must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
I accept that Dream2Reality Sailing is not under any liability whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to personal property, not caused by the negligence or default of Dream2Reality its suppliers its agents and employees while I am attending a course.
All courses will be regarded as starting at the designated time of arrival and finishing at the time of the clients departure from the course.
Cancellation by Dream2Reality Sailing
Cancellation prior to the commencement of the course:
While every effort is made by Dream2Reality Sailing to ensure that the advertised activity actually runs, Dream2Reality Sailing will notify the client of cancellation as soon as is practicable where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to dangerous and or unsuitable conditions for the course to run, exist.
In the event of cancellation by Dream2Reality Sailing clients will be offered the choice of the following options:
(1) Full refund of all course fees paid.
(2) Another course on different dates.
